What I Do
I help high-achieving Catholic women reach peak performance by optimizing their sleep, diet, and exercise so they have the energy and focus necessary to make the impact that they were created for.
Coaching
In my coaching programs, I help driven Catholic women get better sleep, consistently eat in a way that nourishes their bodies, and exercise strategically to boost energy and focus...But I go beyond the basics of good healthy habits by also optimizing your gut microbiome, improving your brain health, and implementing advanced "bio-hacking" strategies to help you be at your absolute best.
Who I Serve
I work with Catholic women who want to excel in every aspect of their lives for the greater glory of God. Women who refuse to settle for mediocrity and who strive to get better day by day so they can fulfill their God-given vocations at the highest level possible. Women who know that "getting healthy" isn't the end goal--it's a means to doing everything that is truly important better, so they can reach the ultimate goal: sanctity.
Why I Do It
As a West-Point graduate and a former Army Officer, I know what it's like to perform and achieve at a high level. I learned early on in my Army career that optimal sleep, nutrition, and exercise dramatically enhanced my performance and enabled me to thrive, despite 16+ hour work days during two combat deployments to Iraq. Now, as a mom and a coach, I strive to help other Catholic women perform at their best because I believe that God has an important mission for each one of us.
