Who am I and how can I help you?

Hi There, I'm Jessica Castillo

I'm a wife, mom of 3, former Army Officer, adult convert to Catholicism, Certified Health Coach, and...I have ADHD. 

 

I was diagnosed with ADHD late in life (at age 39) after spending most of my life wondering, "what the heck is wrong with me!?" Despite having graduated first in my branch from the US Military Academy at West Point, starting and running my own coaching business, and thriving in various volunteer roles over the years...I always felt like I wasn't quite living up to my potential.  

 

I forgot important details (like which airport I was supposed to be flying out of or when my ID card was going to expire), I lost things (why do schools send home so many papers!?), and I made impulsive decisions in my business (ask me how many high-ticket courses I've enrolled in and never finished--or even started!). And let's face it, the constant pressure of trying to be "normal" was starting to get to me...so I pursued a diagnosis.  

 

Since learning about my own ADHD, I've realized just how many strategies I've learned over the years to help me thrive with my neurodivergent brain. I am far from perfect, but I can honestly say that I've developed solid healthy habits that stick--despite my tendency to get distracted or lose interest at the drop of a hat.

When does Consistency for Catholics Start?

As soon as you want it to!

When you join, you'll be granted access to an online portal where you'll have access to all the training videos. You'll also get weekly email reminders of content and coaching calls to help keep you on track. 

 

Weekly "Set-the-Week" Planning Calls happen live each Monday at 8 AM PT/11 AM ET. 

Coaching Calls are each Thursday at 11 AM PT/ 2 PM ET. 

Is this program only for people with ADHD?

While this program is designed specifically for the ADHD brain, the strategies for habit formation, planning, deepening prayer, and breaking free from guilt and shame are helpful for all humans.

 

Not to mention that in today's fast-paced, distracted, and overstimulated world, even people who aren't formally diagnosed with ADHD are manifesting ADHD-like symptoms at much higher rates--so a program that is centered around bite-sized, actionable content is a game-changer for everyone! 

When are the calls/trainings? 

All the core content is contained in a self-paced online course portal, so you can work through each of the training videos and action steps whenever it is most convenient for you. 

We kick off each week with a Live Weekly Review/Set-the-Week Co-Working Session on Mondays at
8:00 AM PT/11:00 AM ET. This is a chance to review your previous week and set tangible goals and plans for the coming week in a guided, co-working format (did you know that the "body doubling" or co-working is a proven, effective way for ADHD brains to get stuff done!?) 

Then, you have access to a Live "Office Hours" style coaching call each Thursday at 11:00 AM PT/2:00 PM ET. This is your chance to get coached on specific challenges you're facing, ask questions about the content, share your "aha's" and "wins", and connect with me and each other. ("Office hours" just means you can drop in or out as you have time--no need to stay for the whole hour if you're short on time :) 

The best part? You have access to these calls for as long as I'm running this program--so no worries when "life happens" and you need to step away and come back to it later. 

How long does the program last?

The core program contains 6 weeks of content--that said, you can work through all of it faster or slower, depending on what you need.

I know what it's like to "fall behind" in a course and feel like you can never catch up (I also have ADHD...) so you will have unlimited access to the Monday Weekly Review and Thursday Coaching Calls for as long as I offer the program!
