Week 1 - Discover Your Why

In this week, you'll:

  • Get clarity on exactly what your vocation is (and what it isn't)

  • Refocus on the ultimate destination and goal of your life

  • Discover the unique charisms that God has given you

  • Identify the concrete actions that will breathe purpose and passion into your life

  • Uncover your deepest dreams and desires

  • Consciously build your identity

  • Establish your most important goals


Week 2 - Determine Your GOATs (Goals, Obligations, Activities, Tasks)

In this week, you'll:

  • Learn the 6 key areas to focus on to take excellent care of your mind and body (and identify how much time you really need to do it)

  • Identify and define what prayer practices you need (and want) to include in your life

  • Determine concrete ways that you can deepen your most significant relationships

  • Figure out exactly what your tasks are as a parent and what you can teach your kids to do for themselves

  • Identify the time boundaries for your work and discover new ways your work can become a source of meaning and purpose

  • Learn how to use your charisms in creative ways to serve your community and the world

Week 3 - Creating Your Life-Giving Schedules and Routines

In this week, you'll:

  • Discover a key practice for having the time you need

  • Learn a secret to supercharging your productivity while simultaneously boosting your peace and contentment

  • Find out how to virtually guarantee that you never "fall behind" in your day and how to get back on track when the unexpected happens

  • Learn one of Positive Psychologies biggest principles for living an authentically happy life and how to maximize your experience of it

  • Lessen your cognitive load and simplify habit formation by creating routines that work for you

  • Know exactly when you will be doing all of the things that you want and need to do so you can have peace and focus every day

Week 4 - Living Your Plan, Overcoming Common Challenges, and Moving Forward

In this week, you'll:

  • Learn how to keep your schedule flexible and use it as a guide--without being a slave to it

  • Find out how to ensure you're doing the most important things every day

  • Gain confidence in your ability to accomplish what you want and need to do

  • Feel in control of your schedule and at peace with the balance of your life

  • Learn how to overcome common challenges to accomplishing your goals

  • Know how to adjust when things change in your life easily

  • Develop the systems you need to keep growing and taking care of yourself in the future
